These would also be suitable for someone starting out doing pelvic floor exercises who wants to build strength and endurance or for someone who is postnatal and wanting to build their pelvic floor strength and endurance! Complete these exercises ever day for the best results and its optional to add our BIEN Pelvic Floor Weights to the pelvic floor to increase the resistance!
